Does anyone stick by an estimate? Two sets of stairs estimated at $4200 came in at nearly twice the price -- no warning, no revisions, just the bill out the blue: Typical bait and switch. They do great work, but you will suffer for it if your experience is anything like mine. I prefer to do business with people who do good work and are trustworthy, too.

Harry Braswell is the best. We had a complicated project in our 1935 house, which involved expanding a bedroom, adding a full bathroom, and renovating two additional bathrooms (one of which also was expanded). The project started with the design phase, and HB came up with the perfect design that utilized the available space and kept a great flow that makes the upstairs feel like it has been that way since the house was built. During the renovations, HB was extremely responsive and kept us in the loop on everything. It was clear that they wanted everything to be perfect for us, and their standards are absolutely top-notch. We have continued to work with them on smaller items since the renovations, and they definitely will be doing our next big project.

He's done all the work on our church, and it's beautiful. He’s a little expensive but does good work.  He's also very prompt. They'll let you know when he's available, and he'll come and work until the job is completed.

The project manager and the contract stated that the estimated time for the entire project would take 6 - 7 weeks and they met their due date exactly.  The quality of their work is superb.  Their master carpenter, Jarrett Helms, installed the cabinets doing excellent work, and he was on the job at the house the entire time supervising the subcontractor work, e.g., electrical, plumbing, dry wall, hardwood flooring, tile work, duct work, etc.

Generally satisfied with design service. Carpenter outstanding. Not as satisfied with the project manager, who did not estimate certain items accurately and then charged us for her errors. Attention to detail and level of service disappointing (no annual follow up as advertised). Did not meet expectations for this price point and HB reputation.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work that was performed and the professionalism and courtesy of Harry Braswell's employees and subcontractors, including the architect (we found that using a design/build firm such as Harry's simplifies the whole process for the client). From the demolition guys to the painting crew, all paid a great deal of attention to our interests and the details of the project and earnestly worked with us to resolve any issues that arose. The project took a bit longer to complete than expected but the weather was a major factor.

Great. They were very receptive to my suggestion on how to access the tub deck so as to minimize the impact on the cosmetic appearance of the roman bath tub.

Everyone I dealt with, from the initial estimator to the supervisor, to the actual tiler, to the helpers, were professional, courteous, efficient, and took the time to interact with me to make sure things ended up the way I wanted them. The quality of the tiling job was excellent and the quality of the project overall was very good. I am in the initial stages of planning to re-model that entire bathroom and will call them again.

Overall, the experience was great. They were wonderful. The technicians were knowledgeable. The price was reasonable for the excellent work that was completed. Their punctuality was amazing; they were right on time every single day. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

He did a very good job and he knew what he was doing.

Worked with their designer and we developed a great design together, including some unique elements. All work was done in a timely manner, in fact they started early, and finished exactly on schedule. Project managers and all workers were punctual, professional, courteous and helpful. It was a completely painless experience.

They were sub-contractors for the contractor we used and were the only good workers. He was fine and was part of the bathroom remodel. Everything had to be re-done that the contractor did except the work that Harry Braswell had done. It is in and is not leaking, and we have no reason to be dissatisfied with it. There were two plumbers and one installed the valve in our water heater and the other did the work in the bathroom. They were on time and did what they were supposed to.

They did a great job. They were very professional, courteous, on time and they were willing to work with me as the project got underway.

Harry Braswell, Incorporated, was a really good company and we really were pleased with them. They showed up on time and I think that the price was probably a little high. In the end, their quality of work is really worth paying for.

THE WINDOWS WERE ORDERED 2 YEARS AGO! ONCE THEY FINALLY GOT AROUND AND CAME TO MY HOME TO REPLACE THEM THEY MESSED UP THE INSTALLATION AND HAD TO RE-DO IT. WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT THE NEW SCREENS DIDN'T WORK, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES.
