Plumber spent about 20 minutes trouble shooting my toilet and answering some other questions about plumbing issues while he worked. He narrowed down the probably source..and then left and there was NO CHARGE?? There was no sales pitch like I've received from other plumbers for service contracts ,either. I would say I now have THE plumbers I will call in the future for all my plumbing needs.
