H&R Renovations was a completely disappointing and costly mistake. Alex and Adam - co-owners of the company - promised the work would be done in 3 days; but after 14 days, it was still not finished. Because they had been continually failing on their promises, cutting corners, arriving late, and we let them go. In terms of work, they installed completely unsuitable materials in our bathroom - greenboard on the walls, and particleboard on the floor - both unacceptable for high-moisture environments and tiling. The drywall was wavy, lumpy, and uneven - a completely unprofessional job. We had to gut and redo this all over again. For the wall opening they did, they also caused major electrical damage in their installation, which required our electrician to open up the walls again and undo their work. Lastly, they left extensive damage to our newly refinished hardwood floors - which we urged them to repair, but were still not repaired to their original state.
