The work went well.  He answered all my questions and provided recommendations as well.

We been having a problem with one of our showers that didn't provide hot water and then one of our toilets broke, so we decided to call a plumber to solve both problems.
When I called Griffin plumbing, I told the receptionist that we had researched toilets and we had found one that was highly rated by Consumer Reports at Home Depot.  When I asked what would be the best approach to get the toilet, she suggested I pick it up at Home Depot myself and then it would only be a $275 charge to install it.  She said that the shower could be fixed at the same time avoiding the expense of two separate service calls.
I picked up the American Standard Champion 4 Max toilet at Home Depot and called her back to schedule the service.  She was able to get us in the following day.
When Vince came out, he was able to fix the shower in 15 minutes by replacing the cartridge in the faucet control.  He then took out the old toilet and installed the new one in less than an hour.   Now both the shower and toilet are working very well.
We highly recommend the service at Griffin Plumbing and Vince's workmanship dealing with our problems on this call.  We are also very pleased with the new American Standard Champion 4 Max toilet.

Everything went as planned and the sewer was operational at the end of the day.  We have used Griffin Plumbing for years because they always provide great service.  Terry did a thorough assessment of our situation when the main sewer line backed up into the basement drains!  He first ordered a camera assessment, and using that video information, scheduled equipment and personnel to dig up and replace the old Orangeburg pipe.  Everything went smoothly and the sewer continues to operate properly.  Of course,  a properly operating sewer is extremely important to the daily functioning of our home and, in fact, ALL homes.

They were fine, I felt this job was a little pricey.

They’re wonderful. They had to come several times because other people did have or didn’t have things. They came and resolved complicated problems that should have been the easiest thing on earth. They always do a good job. They always find a way to come here when I have a problem. I find that immensely important because when you have a plumbing problem, you really have a problem.

I've used Griffin Plumbing over the last 16 years for services ranging from clearing a difficult-to-access pipe line to replacing a shower head and faucet and repairing a broken sink. They have always been prompt and their charges are reasonable.

They were excellent, fast and efficient, responding very quickly, the next day. They had everything they needed on their truck. They were extremely friendly and trustworthy and said to call them with any problems. They were A+ to work with.

The service provided was fine. They came very quickly. They are reliable, prompt and they know what they're doing. They weren't good about cleaning up as much as I think they should have been.

They were in and out here very professional, very clean, reasonably priced and very happy with them. And we even had inspectors come out and as soon as they saw that it was Griffin they were very impressed. There was no problem with their work or anything.

Griffin Plumbing is who I will call for my plumbing needs from now on. I had a leaking toilet in my home and went through my home warranty to see if they could fix it. Four plumbers ended up trying with no success. I had purchased my gas hot water heater with Griffin Plumbing so thought I would give them a call. The gentleman on the phone new exactly what the issue was and when he got to my house he repaired it very quickly. They are my plumbers for life, no doubt!

We've used them for at least the last 10 years. They are prompt. They usually come out the day you call. They are reasonable and give s senior discount.

We worked together very well. He would accomodate my schedule and be there when he said he would. He did great work, no fuss, no muss, and he was easy to work with.
