They did everything they promised. The workers were timely, polite, and knew their jobs. No wasted time over about 2 1/2 days and our floors are beautiful. I ve recommended them to all of my friends with older floors

Company has a hard working staff. A bit rough around the edges that will improve as they hone the customer service experience. Price was very good. Need to work on the post job QA process. Overall would use them again.

Sophea was amazing as a project manager walking through the entire process to the completion. I received an excellent price, and great value with financing over 24 months. Omar did an outstanding job installing the carpeting. Green Floors were heads and shoulders above the others. Sophea really knows what she is doing, and helped me tremendously. Their quality is very substandard and they did not have a manager on site inspecting the work which resulted in a lot of rework without resolution. we ended up taking legal action and severed our contract.

We had them redo several spots without resolution. They did an awful job sanding & mixing the clearcoat, which resulted in lots of small bubbles in the clearcoat all throughout the floor. The paint job on the stair risers was very substandard and sloppy. A job that should have taken them 3-6 days took almost 2 months because of the rework. We ended up having to take legal action and severed our contract with them.

It’s been easy to work with Green Floors. They have been accommodating and flexible with my schedule and not pushy. Prices are very competitive and the installer did a good job with replacing our carpet. I highly recommend.

Dominion Carpet is certainly capable of good work, but their subcontractors did substandard work, and slowly. They are inexpensive, but you have to really monitor them closely to ensure the job is done the way it was asked. The one good thing is that the front office is generally responsive, but they were really only able to do so much to ensure a quality outcome.

The floors came out very nicely. the stain plus two coats of oil-based polyurethane really gave the floor a great satin finish. They could have done a better job of dust control. Only when I asked the workers to isolate the kitchen did they put up plastic sheeting but that was between sandings so dust had already infiltrated everything. Wiping down every shelf and horizontal surface has been a big pain. The dust even landed upstairs in the bedrooms. They left rub marks on my walls from the equipment hoses or power cords. They also forgot to plug in my clothes dryer. (They used the 220v outlet for the floor sander.) Their price was the best though and i only point out the negatives to help others avoid the dust problem. I wish I had known about dust mitigation techniques so I could have insisted more firmly on taping thoroughly plastic sheeting over doorways to keep the fine dust out. My house was empty before I moved in so that made the project a lot easier.

Floors look great

Sophea and her team were great to work with. There were a few breaks in service due to other commitments of the workers but she stayed in touch with me and the installers made up the time quickly. I was prepared for quite a bit of dust and complications from the sanding that really didn't materialize. The wood they had to piece in around my existing flooring matched up very well and their recommendations to match the staining turned out perfectly. I was very very pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything turned out and would recommend them gladly.

Sophea was great in getting the estimate and putting together the proposal. She returned calls that were missed and did not do anytype of pressure sales. The workers know what they are doing and they do a good job but you are the customer have to ensure they are paying attention to the details. The company worked with me when I pointed out some details after the work was finsihed. Overall I would hire them again.

This was a great company to work with. Sophia did a great job setting everything up. She kept us update on everything. She informed us when the material came in. She let us know when the install team was on the way. The install team was nice and professional. They worked hard and did a very good job. I could not say one thing about what they could do to make a customer happier. They did a perfect job.

Good price and great service

Sanded and finished hardwood floors. Heave dust through house after being told they used a vacuum system to remove dust. Then I was told they were unable to catch the last 10% of dust. Didn't return the house key at end of job. I should have held the final check until the key was returned. Now I need to replace all the locks on the house as all doors were keyed the same.
