 + -1 moreThey are by far all A. The technicians there are very well educated. They really know their stuff. They're honest. I have always gotten excellent service. there. They have a shuttle service that will pick me up and take me to work. They are certainly customer service oriented.

 + -1 moreThey are a great company and I was extremely satisfied with their service. They were extremely helpful and saved me quite a bit of money over a quote I had gotten from an auto dealership. When I took it to them, they did their own diagnostics on the vehicle and ended up fixing another problem that was causing the initial problem that the dealership had recommended I have. The part would have cost me upwards of $3000 or $4000, but he was able to repair it at a substantially less amount. However, I think he was a little more ambitious than reality. He thought the car would be ready sooner than it actually was, but I don't necessarily hold him to account for that. I told him to take his time and make sure that things are dong right.

 + -1 moreI've used Georgetown Auto Service (GTS) since they were in Georgetown, and have followed them to Virginia. When I had older cars, GTS kept them running in perfect condition particularly when problems occurred. In those cases the diagnosis was done quickly and accurately, and repairs scheduled. Estimates were always accurate and adhered to.
Description of Work: Complete auto service, replaced tire pressure sensors, checked belts, etc. all in preparation for long road trip
