We needed a new computer.  The technician insisted we had to get a new printer and keyboard, too.  I don't remember the price now, but it was high.  After the installation we could not get Windows Office 2010 which we had paid for.  It took 5 months to get someone to come and make a simple change on our computer! !   I called and called; they kept putting me off and did not call back when they said they would.  It appeared that the person who finally came fixed the problem easily.
I am also unhappy with the keyboard they gave us.  I takes a very firm push to make the middle keys function.  I have to go back and retype my "n', "h", '"y"'s', etc.   I tried to get a new keyboard, but did not succeed in that .

It's not cheap to pay for a service like this (about $100/hour), but in this case it definitely saved my husband and me a great deal of frustration and hair-pulling. Moreover, the service technician was friendly, interesting to converse with, and entirely professional.
