About us
As an update** We are returning to normal hours on May 11th. Walk-in is available, but selections in the showroom are appointment only and clients are required to wear face masks. GBC Kitchen and Bath is continuing to monitor this situation we are working hard to keep everyone safe. We are happy to serve clients Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will only have 1 client in the showroom at a time. Please CALL before coming in. Our Staff: Our staff is staying informed and being proactive as well as monitoring their health. We are asking everyone on site and showroom staff to monitor their temperatures daily. Designers are also able to work from home if needed. On the Job Site: We are using plastic barriers to separate the work area from the home and are ordering Porta Potty’s for upcoming projects to limit the need to visit other parts of the house. We have provided supplies for washing hands and disinfecting tools. For all projects currently scheduled, we have ordered all materials which are being stored in our warehouse and do not expect any delays. In the Showroom: We can also schedule Virtual Meetings on request. Staff is keeping their distance from visitors and ensuring they are always at least 6 feet apart. The showroom has been cleaned thoroughly and is disinfected daily. We are asking that all visitors to the showroom wash their hands upon arrival and we will do the same. If you are not feeling comfortable visiting the showroom, we can do online meetings/consultations via phone, ZOOM, and/or Facetime. We're extremely pleased with the services provided by GBC's design, project management, and installation associates (i.e., Fabian, Sal, and Luis). They were professional, personable, and skilled. The project was accomplished with minimal disruption. The installation technicians were punctual, efficient, and proficient throughout the project.

I decided to work with the team again in order to remodel one of my bathrooms. I was not disappointed at all. I got to work with Yaprak (designer) again who is always helpful and full of ideas. Unfortunately, because I live in a condo there is only so much I'm able to do with the physical space. Yaprak worked with what I had and the design turned out great. GBC was again flexible with scheduling of the install date which was appreciated. The first day my originally assigned PM Sal came by with the crew and a new PM Oguz. Sal let me know that Oguz was going to be my PM for this job, but that if I had any questions I could still reach out to him directly. Oguz was just as professional and helpful. He came by almost daily, or sometimes twice a day to check progress. He was very detailed oriented and ensured the work was being completed to a high degree. The different crew members that came by were all great. The end result turned out better than I expected.

We used Gbc Kitchen and Bath for our bathroom and kitchen remodeling. They handled everything from design to completion in a professional and timely manner. The workmanship was outstanding, and we are very pleased with the result. The cabinets are high quality, and we love the little touches the designer used to utilize all the available space. Sal was always one call away for our questions. Communication during the rehab was constant and updated, so we always knew what steps were coming next and when they would be done. Great job!

My experience with GBC could not have gone smoother. I was renovating my en suite bathroom and I am incredibly indecisive, but Sussan and the entire team at the Rockville store were patient with me and guided me toward options that I love without forcing their opinions on me. Though I waffled endlessly, they remained calm and professional throughout the selection process until I finally committed to the materials. When the renovation got underway, Tony and his crew were phenomenal. In fact, there aren't enough superlatives to adequately express how responsive, efficient, and professional they were. They communicated thoroughly throughout the process via text and were quick to reply to any questions or concerns that I had. I honestly cannot imagine a better crew. I would not hesitate to recommend GBC for any project.

We recently completed our full kitchen significant renovation. Our journey with GBC began a year ago with an initial consultation with Sussan Haghighat. Sussan could not have been better at designing our dream kitchen. She completely understood what we wanted delivering a beautiful and functional kitchen. Sussan is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Then comes the fun part, the actual work. Tony was our fabulous, absolutely professional, and fantastic project manager. Tony would always respond timely to any type of concern. He would keep us informed along the way providing solution to every situation that arose. Just can't thank him enough. Last but not least a special thank you to Lucas, Ezekiel, and all the hardworking Craftsman. Every detail that I requested was made with a smile in the face. They are worth gold to the GBC. My project manager Guven was point-man on everything and was super responsive and very accommodating in running interference on design coordination (as I was out of town during the implementation). Following implementation, he completed a thorough walk thru and completed all final check list items in a timely manner. I would absolutely use GBC for future renovations and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I feel GBC earned this. They are the best with the thing that is the most important to me: customer service. Sal, Field Manager was very professional and he was very responsive . He was responsible and available to handle any concern that came up. They completed the work in the time they promised with a few bumps in the road but they made it work. I can't really think of any reason why I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Sal Seras, the project manager, was extremely helpful on final design ideas, had exceptional attention to detail, and always responsive. While we do not recommend Waypoint cabinets, Sal addressed every manufacturing issue with ease and grace -- ensuring I was fully satisfied. The final project turned out great and would encourage anyone doing business with GBC to request Sal as their project manager. We've done several projects at our home, and Sal is the best there is!!

I have used GBC 3 times to remodel my home because they pay attention to details, are fast, and are kind. GBC did a complete remodel of both bathrooms including removing a tub and replacing it with a walk in shower designed exactly like I wanted it. They did all new kitchen countertops and created an entire wall of cabinets in another room which greatly increased my storage space. They even ran electricity to give me an outlet where there was none. They were professional, on schedule, and communicated with me constantly to ensure they were doing what I wanted and that I was happy with it. Most recently, Sal was my project manager and Froilan was my very talented installer. They provided excellent service. I will always return to GBC for my remodel needs!

GBC Alexandria renovated my master bathroom. Fabian, the designer, patiently worked with me to realize my vision to enlarge the shower, increase storage, replace the soaking tub and to create a spa like feeling – while working within the limitations of a condo. Pretty much a full gut of the room. The crew that did the work, Omar and Wilmer did an excellent job and were very meticulous – clearly taking pride in their work. The project manager Selim quickly addressed any concerns I had throughout the process, and kept me informed throughout. The transformation to my master bathroom is amazing! I am very pleased with the outcome.

FANTASTIC!! From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to work with the team at GBC. We first met with Fabian for our initial design consultations. He was extremely helpful in coming up with a design that matched our vision and budget. Our project manager Selim did an outstanding job of keeping us informed throughout the entire project. He was on site almost every day to monitor progress and he was always available to answer questions at any time, even on the weekends. He made us feel confident and comfortable that our job was as important to him as it was to us. Our construction crew was absolutely AMAZING! They were always on time, very courteous and very respectful of keeping the area as clean as possible. Overall great attention to detail and true craftsmanship. GBC has transformed our kitchen and entire first floor in just a matter of 5 weeks. Absolutely Amazing what they have done and I give GBC my highest recommendation. Overall exceptional value.
