Our lawn mower was in the shop. William responded promptly and his crew did a wonderful job at a great price!

He wasn't good about returning phone calls at all. He never called when he said he was going to. He postponed an appointment almost without warning. When he finally got started I noticed that some of the pieces were really uneven. When I pointed this out to him he got really defensive. Later on my husband and I noticed the fence wasn't very strong. We called him asking if he could come by to fix the problem. He said he'd be able to come by to fix the problem but still, he never showed up. He had a lot of attitude problems with us and was quick to get defensive. We finally asked for our money back and he said he'd mail the money in three weeks. We never did get receipts for any of the work either.

I THINK THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE PRICE WAS JUST RIGHT. HE PICKED UP ALL OF THE MESS. THE MAN DID EVERYTHING IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION. HE DID THE WORK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD.
