The work was done professionally, quickly, and very, very well. Work was distributed and done over two visits.

The kitchen backsplash was a difficult job because the tiles had to be cut and pieced together perfectly.  The job was done perfectly, the tiles were lined up and the grout and sealant was perfect.   I needed a hole made in the ceiling so that the pendant box could be wired to the existing electrical wiring.  I have used my pendants now for several months and everything is working as expected. Excellent worker, pays attention to detail, professional, and courteous. I would recommend Four-Square construction to anyone.

Chad was punctual and precise. He arrived when scheduled, worked diligently and the job was completed with style! If you need a renovation of your home, Chad is the perfect choice!

Chad restored and renovated a 5 BR 3 BA home and did a BEAUTIFUL job!  His attention to detail and concious consideration for restoring the home to its original luster and beauty was awe inspiring.  He did all this while holding true to  the era the home was built in.  I  was blown away watching the transformation of this dilapidated, sad home being brought back to life, literally restored to its original condition (while still introducing the comforts, energy efficiency and convenience of todays appliances and utilty systems).  If you don't useChad to restore, refurbish or renovate your home then I don't think you'll ever know or appreciate your homes full beauty and that would be a shame. 

When I engaged Chad to build a shower and renovate a storage shed for me, I explained that, because of work-related travel and other issues, he had to work entirely on his own initiative.  I gave Chad with free access to my house, providing him with a set of key.s 
My confidence and trust were very well placed.
First, Chad gutted a 1950's-vintage shower in a bathroom that had otherwise been re-tiled and updated.  He gutted the shower stall down to the underlying studs, removed and replaced all relevant plumbing, installed water-proof wall-board and a shower basin and then covered these over wtih the Mediterannean-style tile we chose, that he acquired and delivered to the work site.
The finished product was a beautifully tiled Mediterannean-syle shower stall with a glass (wall and door) surround, as well as wall/corner-moumted soap trays and new shower head and handles.
Separately, Chad gutted a storage shed located on a difficult part of the property that made its replacement very difficult and prohibitively expensive.  After gutting the shed, Cahd replaced the walls and roof covering these with vinyl siding and new roof shingles.  These were complemented with rain gutters, refurbished doors complete with locking mechanism, and an access ramp strong enough to support the rider mower routinely driven into and out of the shed.
