We were very pleased with Bonnie's high energy, patience, and kind nature when she came out to take a look at our home project. This was matched by her team's workmanship...excellent. My husband was impressed with my selection of Floor World, so I thank you for making me look good! As a result of our pleasant experience, we are now scheduled to have them remodel two of our small bathrooms within the next month!

Absolutely GREAT! I cannot say enough positives about Bonnie and her crew. The work was top notch, and the price was extremely good. They worked with us on the design, giveing excellent advice, but also listening to our desires and concerns. The guys were completely trustworthy - we gave them a key and they came and went while we were at work. An example of their customoer service is some of the work was in our laundry area - and required the washer and dryer be removed. After they tiled under where the washer and dryer went they stayed late - ON A FRIDAY - to make sure they could safely put the washer and dryer back so we could do laudry over the weekend. GREAT GROUP OF GUYS!
