Went pretty well, the Insurance company was giving us a hard time but they helped work something out in the end. Got my basement back within a week and a half which I was surprised about. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends
Description of Work: They removed my damaged water heater that caused the flood. Set up fans and large dehumidifiers along the walls of the basement and came to check the drying every couple of days.

Over the past few month my basement had a slow leak which was coming from underneath the doors. I became concerned with a damp smell and constant clean up each time it rained. The technician who arrived was quick to respond and answered all my questions. FloodSmart worked with me to fix the damage and remove mold which had been under the flooring. The attention to the costumer and costumer service was great and I would recommend and/or use this company again.
Description of Work: They came and extracted water from my basement which had a slow leak from the adjacent french doors. Additionally they sprayed for mold and replaced damaged flooring.

Went very smoothly, the whole process was over within 2 weeks time. They dealt a lot with the insurance company so that was a relief.
Description of Work: My toilet was overflowing into my basement into 2 of my bedrooms. They removed all of the wet padding and damaged materials and moved everything that can be salvaged into another room. They came back with samples for the new flooring and began construction very quickly.
