Kevin did a great job finding me the best rates for my home refinance. He has access to network of lenders that give very competitive rates. In fact, the rates were better than all those that I checked on Yelp and elsewhere including the mortgage broker for my original loan. He looks out for his customers even telling me to wait awhile and rates would probably go down, which they did. He is upfront with the various mortgage fees and there are no surprises when it comes to signing the final documents. The paperwork was all done electronically and closed right on schedule. I have no hesitation recommending First Meridian Mortgage to everyone I know looking for a mortgage broker.

This was the first time that my wife and I went through the process of buying a home and it wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Kevin Retcher and his team. It was a true pleasure to work with Kevin. I sent Kevin an email in the evening to inquire on possible rates to refinance a 30 year VA loan and he responded within hours. We completed an application the next morning and he had me rate locked within hours at a rate that would save me almost $400 a month from my current rate.
