+ -1 moreIn the beginning, Falcone was very pleasant and responsive. Once we wrote the check, we had to call Falcone to find out what was going on. I called Falcone May 24th, and Falcone insured me he would start work May 30th. I had to call him to find out that Fairfax County needs a different foundation set for the porch and an engineer to oversee the concrete foundation. I asked when this would happen, and Falcone said he didn't know how long it would take.
Description of Work: Falcone was supposed to build a porch on the front of residence. I met with Falcone on several occasions about plans, plot maps, etc. Falcone took $7,500 deposit, and has not done any work. Repeated calls have only resulted in delays and excuses which I cannot confirm the accuracy of.
