Although the company may be new, the loan officers and the service offered at Fairfax Lending is top notch and make no mistake. The team members at Fairfax Lending were able to get me a loan for my new home only 9 days from when I began working with them. They not only provided me with A-grade service in terms of professionalism, efficiency, and quickness, but they also gave me a very low rate. Furthermore, with their 1% down program, I was able to get a lender grant for $5,000. This was instrumental as these funds helped me pay off some of my credit card bills for free. I felt really appreciative and thankful as they handed me a $5,000 check at closing. They took care of closing costs as well. Essentially, I bought my home with only 1% down, which was shocking looking back. They also broke all the mortgage jargon down to something I could understand.
