 + 0 morePresident of a HOA. Submitted a request on Angi on a Fri to ask for contractors to assess a 940 SF brick wall / sound barrier in front of our community for safety and recommend repair or replacement. Coordinated with Edwin to meet at 11 am on Sat to assess. Edwin did not arrive timely / did not provide notice of delay. Upon me initiating contact to check on ETA, was informed the appointment was never put in the schedule because he did not have an address (the community address was provided / listed in the original Angi submission, but not a specific house number). We declined a request for an alternative meeting date and time.
