I found Ed through a recommendation from my painter, Gav(owner of Gav the Painter) Gav said he does good work and is reasonable, so I gave him a call. He was very responsive and polite on the phone, and we set up a time for him to come over and take a look at the job. He arrived exactly when he said he would(which is very rare, in my experience) and looked at all my doors that needed to be fixed. He emailed the quote to me two days later and made sure I received it. We accepted his proposal he started work bright and early the next day. He and his associate (Roy, who is a mason) worked all morning and left before lunch. They were both very professional, polite and left the place spotless. All in all, a very good experience. Next time I need any carpentry work, I will give be giving Ed a call first.
