The job started on time. We were kept informed of the schedule. Doug met with us to assist us in selecting the fixtures needed for the bathrooms. All of our items (tile, countertop etc) were selected prior to the demolition, delivered to our home so they were readily available for the crew to proceed with the job.
We decided to have both bathrooms done at the same time, which saved us time and money.
Doug's crew was very good at keeping us informed of the progress. We only had one issue - we selected a larger tub than was previously in the room. We decided we did not like the original layout for the new tub - but Doug and his crew were very good at quickly working a new solution.
We have been very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail and the concern that our home was protected during the job.
