Mr. Yousef Shadid built a beautiful Trex Deck for us. I am so glad I found him inn nextdoot app where a neighbor had recommended him. When he came to give us a quote, he came well prepared and bought all samples to show us. I took quotes from other contractors too which were almost 6K over Mr. Yousef’s quote. We got a 12*15 composite Trex Deck with composite railings. When we signed the deck contract, Mr Yousef promptly got the permit from county the very next day and also guided us to complete the application for our HOA. He competed the project on time inspite of 3 days of raining. He is very courteous, punctual and very good at what he does . I highly recommend him for any of your fence or deck needs. A++++

Yousef was great. We had done our research and gotten a handful of estimates. The numbers and the projected scope of our project ranged all over the place. Plus, many contractors had their own ideas about what we should do. Yousef responded quickly, listened to our ideas, offered suggestions based on our wants, gave us a fair price and delivered the rock solid product we were looking for, all in a decent amount of time. We would definitely use this contractor again and will highly recommend him to others.
