My point is to provide you with a stark contrast between DUCTZ and another national company that advertises nationally for providing a multitude of household projects. I think DUCTZ which also has a multitude of national franchises appears to focus on duct cleaning work, in my case they vented a gas dryer. Further, though i waisted $554 dollars on the first company, in total, the venting cost me 600.00 dollars less than if I had gone with the first fix as proposed by the original company, and $1800.00 if i had failed the inspection and let the proceed with the shorter venting fix as it was clear they were not going to provide me with any discount for having done work that never would have passed inspection and laid all the blame on me.
Finally, my advice, get more than one opinion. The first company is also on Angie's list and rated an overall B.

Upon reading my review, the owner contacted me to apologize and offered a number of generous solutions to compensate for the poor job. Because of owner's concern, I would give DUCTZ another try.
