They are honest! Mr. O'Quinn spoke with me on the phone for at least 15 minutes and walked me through (in great detail) my issues and gave me several suggestions on how I could proceed. It should be noted that for my particular issues...none of his recommendations involved me spending money or selling me a service that I didn?t need. He assessed my situation and gave me the best advice for my situation. This is the type of business that I expect to find on Angie's List! You have earned a loyal customer.
"Client did not receive first invoice after work was completed. Was upset upon receipt of second notice and claimed she voluntarily sent in payment for first invoice even though she says she did not receive it. Client claims we lost first payment and deducts 30 dollars from the invoice for a stop payment on the initial "mystery" check. Upset that part time bookkeeper did not call back right away. Challenged us to respond to Angie's list comments via email. Bookeeper was out of office last week of Jan. She contacted us Jan. 27, we responded Feb. 4."
"Original survey request was to stake the lot and place points on line. Typically this is asked for new fence or for landscaping. Client called back 3 years later and wanted us to add all the improvements to the survey gratis. We wanted an additional $200 to go back for the additional work."
