Diaz Landscaping & Tree Service

Very fast but did not come through on promises made when talking about estimate and procedure. When called by insurance company they acted like they could not understand English.

They told me they would put something down to protect the patio when cutting the tree. They did not do this. They pulled up very heavy equipment near a retaining wall that caused the retaining wall to fail. When USAA insurance called they acted like they could not speak English according to the USAA people. Be very careful with them.

The tree came down very quickly but they parked one of their trucks on the driveway and it destroyed my driveway as the weight of the trees being piled into it put a lot of stress on the driveway which in turn put stress on the retaining wall next to the driveway. I had to have the retaining wall completely rebuilt. When the insurance people called them they would act like they do not speak English so I never was compensated. Also they promised to put something down to cover the patio when cutting the tree and that never happened.

I've been using him for 4 years. He does great work, excellent. He is very professional. He makes sure it looks well before he leaves and cleans up well. He tells me things to consider and give recommendations.

They did a very good job. They did everything asked of them.

The work took about a day but they are extremely thorough.

Mr. Hosea Diaz, owner, was very professional and kind and was prompt in responding to my request to provide me an estimate for mowing and trimming my lawn for the season.  We agreed on a price and time schedule for the lawn maintenance.
Mr. Diaz' lawn maintenance men showed up as scheduled and did a FANTASTIC job mowing and trimming my lawn.  I was VERY pleased and liked the men very much.

My job had me out of town a lot and I needed some assistance with lawn maintenance.  I called J. Diaz and they estimated the job at $50 a week.  Which is a great price and a real value for the work performed. They started the work and billed me monthly and the only reason I had to stop the service was due to a unscheduled move out of the area.  In the fall they removed the leaves and the yard always looked better than I could do the work myself.  This is the only company to go with when it comes to lawn maintenance!  Call them today and you will not be disappointed.

Diaz setup date and time. They called me 30min before they show up, and they did a great job.

Job was performed as tasked. Jose Diaz, estimated the job. Hid crew completed the work several weeks later. They removed all debris and even cleaned my gutters, no charge. I have used them before and will continue to do so.

They are great. They were cheaper than the other companies. It was really nice to see a small independent company. They were very professional. They were very nice and punctual. They cleaned up very well. They were easy to work with. They did what they said they were going to do. I have used them twice.

The lawn looks good in there.  They are pretty fast.  They clean up after themselves.  They don't come out on Saturday.  They seemed to come out on Monday to keep the progress right.  I didn't see around what other lawn care companies charge.

The team arrived on time and were very professional. One of the large trees was leaning towards my home so it took allot of time and expertise to remove it. They estimated it would take a day to complete the work and they completed it as planned. They cleaned up after their work. VERY satisfied with their work!

Started out fine. Then they got lazy. The lawn has ended up looking so bad I'm sure the next group will suggest resodding. They would spend 15 minutes (I'm not kidding) mowing our entire lawn. I watched as they left tall weeds when they were using their weed whacker. Cost per visit was very reasonable. Leaf removal cost quite a bit, but we have a large front yard with lots of trees. No complaints at all about their leaf removal. It's the continual upkeep that ended up being pretty worthless. Our original agreement was that they would be proactive about the yard and advise us of what needed doing. They asked once if we wanted them to put down a fertilizer. I said yes, and please use something really good like Scott's Turf Builder. It never happened. I hate looking for a reliable yard service, but I guess I'll have to go through this again.

They arrived promptly @ 8:30am and left around 11:30am. They worked quickly and trimmed everything. Cleaned up all the debris and brush; hauled it away.
