The work went extremely well, and on schedule. Dereck was very good about explaining the work that would be required before the project began. Dereck gave me a schedule for the work and stuck to it. He was pleasant and friendly to work with, completely honest, and gave me his honest opinion when unexpected challenges arose. Dereck was a little bit expensive, but the quality of his work was worth it.
