Daniel Odio

Daniel Odio and his team were excellent from start to finish.  This was our first house purchase, but we had worked with other real estate agents in the past with mixed results. 

In the case of Daniel and his team, this was the first time we felt an agent was truly working for us, and we were his first priority.  He was always positive, encouraging us that we would find our home with persistence.  When we did find homes we were interested in, he was a hard negotiator for us, encouraging us to make offers that were within our budget and fair.  All through the process, Daniel and his staff were always responsive by phone, email, and text.

When it came time to make offers, we worked with his office staff to craft offers quickly and efficiently using pdf attachments.  The whole process was streamlined, quick, and well-explained.

Since purchasing a home using Daniel Odio, I have recommended him to a few other friends, and two of them used him to buy their houses.  This is quite an indication of how good he and his team is, I believe.

The experience couldn't have been better. I liked Daniel from the first moment I met him. I had worked with a handful of realtors before him and kind of always felt most of them were holding something back or treating me like I was an idiot. Daniel explained everything to my wife and I so that we actually understood every step along the way. The day we met him he asked if there were any properties we were interested in. He got the seller's realtor on the phone right then and there and got her to lower the price by 15 grand without her even knowing it. he found out a bunch of info on the sellers that was really useful. Other realtors were always reluctant to do this, or would say they had attempted to get some info or would do it later. Since buying our house using Daniel two years ago, I have recommended him to a handful of people. 3 have purchased houses using his company! I think that shows how good he is.

We contacted Daniel via email after discovering the website. He responded immediately and jumped right in to provide us with an extensive list of properties available. Daniel and his team represented us as buyer agents and that is primarily what they do. All negotiations for contracts and offers were handled quickly, efficiently and professionally, with personal attention. We closed and settled on a home within a month, finding a home that met our needs/desire perfectly. We have purchased several homes in the past and this experience was, by far, the best.
