We are looking to rent our townhouse.  This place was highly rated on Angie's List, so we decided to go with them.  They were great at first, responding very quickly to phone calls, texts, and emails.  Once we signed the contract however, they have completely fallen off the face of the earth.  We have tried calling, texting, and emailing to no effect.  They promised us they would update our Craig's List posting of the house to keep it on top, but they have done NOTHING!  People like this is why we hate working with realtors  - they never do anything, and expect a lot of money in return.  As soon as we find an agent that actually responds we will dump them and move on.  I suggest you not even consider them.

The banks weren’t being very helpful in the situation, so what they were able to do was amazing, considering all of the obstacles the banks were throwing  their way. I’d highly recommend them to others. They were very good about communicating with me daily, and even on days there wasn’t anything specific, they touched base with me. There’s so much fear, uncertainty, and doubt with a short sale, but they made the process as smooth as possible. They’ve got a system that works really well with short sales. Overall, I'm very delighted with their services.
