Cyprus Air Heating, Cooling and Fireplaces

Their price was 300 dollars less than the competitors. I highly recommend for a quality job from an honest guys, that's hard to find these days.

Each took it upon themselves to make sure that their work was done to the highest standards. Thank you Cyrus Air. 

Acceptable price, horrible and non-professional customer service.  We missed work several times for no show appointments.  It took a month from when we bought them until they were able to come install them.  We bought 2 fireplaces and at the time of sale were told it would be an all day install.  Instead, installers arrived mid-afternoon after performing another previous install.  We found out at time of install that we needed at least 3 more appointments we'd never been told about that were needed to pressurize, pressure test, and complete the install.  We'd never been told about that ... our invoice said "Install Date" on Mar 27 and we were told at time of sale that that was "Installation complete" (my wife and I recall that clearly, we entered everything into our iPhone calendar on the spot during purchase).  Install went until 8 PM that night forcing us to cancel evening plans.  We called Cyprus Air while the installers were still there, and their rep Andy actually yelled at me when I pressed him for what else was needed and when would it be complete.  Installers were courteous, and showed us how they ran our gas lines to ensure good flow to our furnace and water heater while the fireplaces were in use.  But, they drilled several holes in our vintage paneling before finding the correct spot (we're still waiting for Cyprus Air to repair that).  
We had, written on our invoice, a final city inspection sign-off on Mar 28, but again found that had never been scheduled (and another missed work day for us).  We talked to the store manager, Ray, who was blase, offered no assistance or remediation other than to work with him from here on, and he has never followed up.  
We're still not done.  We have the remaining appointments in early May (next chance for us to take off work after so many other appointments, including the no-shows).  We want to get this behind us and be done with it.  It has been an extremely frustrating drain for something we were so excited about and saved for.
As I told their manager, Ray, If we could walk and get our money back we would.

We used this company because they said they would work around my schedule at 6 PM when I get off from work. Anyone reading this, I 100% vouch for this company.

Unlike other businesses with whom I have such contracts Cyprus does not call and set up an appointment...the customer has to call. This time they called in the morning to say they would arrive between 1and 3. At 3 I called to ask where they were and was told they had been scheduled between 3and 5. Then they called back and said they were running behind and I could reschedule. After waiting all day I said that was not an option and a service man appeared at 4:30. I think the service men are very thorough and professional, but the costumer relations dept. needs some tweaking.

The Installers were very good , they covered everything with tarps and took good care of my home. I will Recommend.

I highly recommend you do our homework and get multiple bids and the very least have Cyprus Air price it out for you. It's Worth it!

I purchased a Premium 3 Burner, vent-free, propane gas fireplace log set from Cyprus Air. It has been worth more than every dollar we spent, and looking forward to all the satisfaction we are going to be able to get out of it for the winters. Very courteous office staff and technicians.
