Since 2001, discerning home owners in Northern Virginia needing electrical services call Cullen Electric for all their wiring, fixture replacement and electrical systems installation. We handle all manner of general electrical, lighting, troubleshooting, additional circuitry, and service work, from security and landscape lighting to HDMI cabling, decorative installations and circuit breaker / panel upgrades. "You are absolutely right [Member Name Removed], not returning your phone call is completely unacceptable. I went back through my notes and found where you had called and left a message about changing out the range hood and four closet lights. I also found in my notes that I hadn't returned your call, as I did all the many others that day. I missed it somehow and it remained overlooked. My prior words of apology and understanding the frustration (I too am a consumer of services) are indeed true and heartfelt, but I realize your understandably frustrated and perhaps not interested in hearing them. It was a tricky issue in an old house, and he stayed until 7:30 in the evening on a snowy day to resolve the problem without causing major damage to our ceiling. Joe was unfailingly professional and polite, taking time to explain the problem and our options and calling after hours to ensure that the temporary fix was working over the holiday.
Ultimately, the issue was completely resolved with a minimum of damage/disruption to the house, and well under budget. Would hire again and recommend to anyone without hesitation.
We will be calling Joe for all our future electrical needs.
