The movers showed up on time. But the truck they brought didn't have a working lift nor did they have a ramp to get into the truck.
It was a hot day but one mover sweated so much he left stains on boxes etc.
They didn't secure all items. So there was damage to some items.
They were not efficient.
It was obvious they hadn't worked together much and didn't work as a team.
On the plus side, they were very nice.
