Crescent Plumbing sent Kevin who made an appointment and arrived exactly when he said. All communications were very clear and strait forward. Kevin was a very efficient worker, had everything needed on his truck, including rags, etc. for a neat cleanup. He explained as he worked in a way that I could understand. It was a fun experience, considering the gravity plumbing problems can cause. I was happily surprised how much he accomplished in such a short time. I very highly recommend Crescent Plumbing. Kathy

They communicated regularly about progress, and tidied up neatly at the end of each day. Work was finished on schedule, on budget, and final result functions well and looks great

They are very responsive, very punctual, and knowledgeable. They do great quality work at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to others.
