CONSERVATION OF ART ON PAPER INC

I took the drawing, a work of my great-great-grandmother, to Ms. Smith on June 9,2007,by appointment. She examined it briefly in the frame, telling me everything she saw. She gave me a receipt for it which stated that she does not provide insurance for objects left, and set forth statements concerning excess storage time. 7/11 she mailed me an examination report, treatment proposal and cost estimate, business agreement, and an invoice for the preliminary work of examination, etc. 8/29 she notified me that the job was finished, and I picked it up and paid the balance. She does no framing, but provides detailed instructions to guide an archival framer.
