We started this exterior renovation process in the cold weather months so the work took longer than it normally would with any provider as there were many days where painting wasn't feasible. We also had retaining wall blocks that couldn't be glued in the cold weather so that had to wait till the warmer months.
For picking out our retaining wall blocks, we were given a book to browse - in hindsight we wished we had the option of a lot / garden center to see samples as colors/textures can appear much differently in a book than in person.
Cost estimates were given for each job we needed to have done but that didn't include materials - we wished that would've been included.
The quality of work was good and Mike and his team were very responsive.
