Everything exceeds my expectations every time we hire Clear Expectations. They are awesome and amazing at their profession!  Chad is such a professional and he is a joy to work with. He has a very positive attitude. His prices are always on par with the others, but he does a MUCH MUCH superior job than the others!

Went great, 1972 slider windows looked like new when they were done.  Decks looked great, siding was tricky because it is wood and paint so they took great care not damage anything and still everything came clean.  Will use again for sure.

Chad and his crew are fantastic. Extremely professional, and very much perfectionists when it comes to getting everything cleaned. By the time they were done, the windows, deck, sidewalk and siding looked brand new--just the way they looked the day we moved into the house eleven years ago. They were efficient and and very personable and took care to clean up in the house as they went along, even stopping to clean some mud from the carpet that got tracked in under the leg of one of the tall ladders. We strongly recommend them and will use them again!

They did a wonderful job. I will never go so long again with dirty windows! Chad followed up with a phone call to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.

Chad and his crew were perfectionists. So much so that because he was displeased that they could not make the front of my house spotless, he took $60 off the bill unprompted. Not only that, a gate that he needed to open for the power washer's hose could not be opened completely b/c Dominion replaced my electric meter with a slightly deeper meter. His crew mate filed down the wooden gate so it could be completely opened again. I will definitely use them again.

From start to finish they were wonderful to work with. They had a very busy schedule but because I was trying to get my condo on the market by a certain date, they fit me in between several other jobs. I can't recall how much money I paid for the service because they did the work in April, but it was very reasonable - the price even included rescreening the screens. The owner of the company sent over 4 guys so that the work would be done quickly, and then joined later in the day himself. Everyone was extremely professional, efficient, and I can't say enough about the job they did - my windows which hadn't been cleaned in years, sparkled. While they were at my condo I was feverishly trying to do other things to get my place ready for an open house a fews days away. They were so nice - they even helped me get a heavy 9x12 carpet to the dumpster and move the old (and heavy) storm windows into my storage unit. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone (and in fact gave their card to my realtor so that she could tell clients about them too). Sorry for the late review! Great job!!!

After we scheduled the window cleaning I mentioned that there was some damage around the chimney and he said he would have his carpenter look at it. We were out of town but within a few days he contacted me with an estimate. They came out within a week and cleaned the windows and gutters and repaired the damage around the chimney. The damage was more extensive which he explained in detail and I approved. A few weeks later I had them back out to Inspectt the seals on the roof and they re-sealed the skylights, vents, etc. as well as cleaned the gutters. Total cost of exterior window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof repair and re-sealing was under $700, which I think was quite reasonable. Chad and his crew are very responsive and professional and I'm having him back in a few months to clean the interio windows and power wash our decks.

Chad was very professional and responsive along with his employee. They moved and covered the furniture during this process being careful to protect the furniture and conduct the business of cleaning the windows with no disturbance. Also they were cognizant of my floors during this process and took care to protect them as well. As stated, they were very professional, prompt, responsive and my windows look great. However, I believe the bonus for me was truly working with someone who was professional, personable and ethically. Great Job and I would definitely hire Clear Expectations again.

They arrived on time and went straight to work. Extra attention was paid to "tough" spots until the window was clean. The work was finished in the time frame estimated. We had a lose rail on our (Very high off the ground) deck. Luckily, they had the equipment and reattached the rail at a very reasonable extra price.

Very nice job, exceeded our expectations. Got there as promised, completed in a timely manner. We were refered by neighbors, Chad came and gave us a reasonable estimate and date he could do the work.

Their Company is probably about 5 years old and they are amazing. For price and for quality, there is no one that can beat them. Chard Arts own this company. This is a totally quality gentleman who comes. Having these windows done and cleaned is something that we repeat over and over again. We learn that we have someone there who knows the quality of a specific service and it is executed in absolute perfection. I have a lot of windows in an amazingly large home with unbelievable windows and he makes them look as if they were brand new. I spent about $1000 in 2010. The deck looks brand new and I have received multiple compliments and visiting friend. I consider him to be the magician of decks and porches. He can make the things look band new.

Great! This is the second year Chad has worked for us. The first year he got all the windows open (including the ones that were painted shut many years ago) and did a fantastic job cleaning the outer, inner, and in-between faces. I think the price was excellent - Chad works really hard. Now we're addicted to having super clean windows...

Their prices are excellent and their work is exceptional. The owner is always present on every job. No job is too small or too large. These are honest and very excellent tradespeople. The experience was an overwhelming success and the price was much more reasonable than any other company. I have given his name to all my neighbors and friends and they have had a wonderful experience.
