Diego arrived on time, he was at all times very courteous and made it clear he wanted me to be happy with the finished product. When he first arrived he walked through the house to see the windows, confirmed the $195 price. He gave a rough estimate of 3 hours to complete the job when I asked, but said he would know better once he began work. He asked if I needed to be somewhere, I said I did not, I just wanted an idea of how long it would take. After cleaning two sets of windows on the upper level at the front of the house he asked if he could show me something. He explained that those double pane windows would not appear clean after washing as moisture had gathered and dried between the panes making them look dirty. The lower level front window appears to have the same problem. I am familiar with that as I had replaced several windows on the back of the house some years ago for the same reason. He showed me a few spots of dirt and perhaps paint that would not be easy to remove on one of the front upper windows. He said he could remove it if I wanted him to, I would not be charged more, but it would take extra time. I told him not to bother since I would have to replace those windows anyway. Those spots are not in a location that would be obvious to anyone in the room. Otherwise, a good job was done cleaning the windows, there was even an obvious difference in the windows that had a moisture problem. Diego did a beautiful job with the windows but I was disappointed in the work done on the tracks, even after he went back over the tracks when I showed him they had not been cleaned properly. I later sent an email to Tom, the owner, with photos of the tracks. He said he would personally come out to my house and clean the tracks. That and the beautifully cleaned windows, earned Clear Choice an A rating from me. I will definitely use Clear Choice again.

Excellent. The glass is so clean it looks like there isn't glass in the frames! The workers were right on time, friendly, professional, and thorough. Tom, the boss, was very accommodating with scheduling, and during this busy holiday season, he was happy to work around my schedule. I highly recommend this service, and will definitely use them in the future.

OUTSTANDING--this is exactly the way customer service should be provided by home service contractors. Tom and his Team of friendly, respectful, and competent professionals arrived on time each one of the 3 days that they were here at our home. There was excellent two-way communication from start to finish--no surprises at all. Importantly, Tom presented a plan of actions and dates of service right along with his estimate. And as Owner, he was on site personally at all times. All through the process, the staff covered and protected our gardens in the front and back of the house. The entire Team was extremely careful with our house and property. Would we have Clear Choice Window Cleaning (Alexandria, Virginia) come back again next year and in years to come--ABSOLUTELY! Returned Aggies list request for a quote day after requested. Gave a "ball park" number that seemed reasonable and agreed to give a firm price prior to starting work. Was able to reschedule since initial date was heavy rain. Showed up on time and reviewed work to be done and gave an acceptable price for the job.
Can't believe how dirty things were--results are astonishing!
Will defiantly be calling Dave and Clear Choice back when windows need to be done again!

Provider arrived on time and began work immediately. Not only did they use the power washer, they used a soft bristled brush to scrub the house and gutters to loosen the dirt and green algae that had grown on the shady side of my house. They used a solution to help clean the surfaces as well. The flagstone patio looks like new. They asked me to inspect my house to see if they missed anything or if anything was not done to my satisfaction and when I was satisfied, I paid them. The crew was courteous and professional and I highly recommend them. I only had them clean one picture window as all the rest of the windows of my house can easily be cleaned but that window sparkles!

Two workers arrived promptly and after organizing their supplies, started their task immediately. They washed the outside and inside of all windows. They were courteous, efficient and were able to reach windows at the 2nd level and inside at 20ft ceiling height. My windows looked great and I will definitely use them again!

The guys were great and the windows look beautiful. I'm on the third floor of a condominium and the windows are about 30 years old and they are a little hard to maneuver because they have to be lifted out and put back in specific grooves, so there was somewhat of a learning curve. But they could come on a Saturday, were very careful and clean up later and like I said the windows look great. The price was a little more than I've paid in the past, but not be much, and for the convenience of a Saturday appointment, I'm ok with it. Will definately recommend them to other residents and co-workers who may be looking for service. And as president of the home owners association I have asked them for a proposal for future work. For a new company I think they're excellent.

I needed to have my deck power washed and stained. I also needed to have some repainting done. The Architectural Review Board of my homeowners association recently did an inspection, and I was one of the many residents flagged for some non-compliance issues. Consequently, I needed this work done quickly.
I contacted Tom Raschke at Clear Choice Window Cleaning (don't let the name fool you -- their expertise is not limited to window cleaning) and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He showed up on time and quoted me a price for the deck work that was even lower than the discount coupon price posted on Angie's List. He told me it would take less than a day to do all the work. We agreed on a date for the work to be completed and I wrote him a check for half the estimated amount.
Since the deck needed time to dry after power washing before they could stain it, they did the work in two stages. Tom and his team showed up at the appointed date and time. It didn't take them very long at all to power wash the deck. It looked very good when they finished, and I was quite impressed by their professionalism.
For the staining and painting part of the project, Tom and his team showed up while I was out. Apparently, they got right to work. The job was mostly finished by the time I returned. The trim looked fantastic, and I was amazed at how good the deck looked (I didn't think it was possible for it to ever look that good again). When they finished, they cleaned up so well that the only trace of their presence was the quality painting and staining. When I paid him, Tom told me to call him if I found anything that they missed or wasn't to my liking. He said he would come back and fix it at no additional charge. However, I haven't had to do that, because Tom and his team do the job right the first time.

I purchased a Big Deal from Clear Choice Window Cleaning, which included pressure washing and sealing of 200 sq ft
of decking for $289. Tom @ Clear Choice was very responsive and professional. His quote was very detailed and was very eager to answer all of my questions related to the job.
Unfortunately, I thought the deal would cover the entire square footage of my townhouse's deck since it is approximately 200 sq ft in area but I was wrong. Tom clarified that the square footage of a deck does not just include wood that faced up but sides of rail posts, support boards, rails, support posts, etc. The total square footage that needed cleaning/sealing was 671 sq ft. I chose to seal only part of the deck and am very satisfied with the results. I will definitely call Tom again for his services.

I had no idea my windows were so dirty! They were great overall and fast, according to my husband. There was a small mix-up with the arrival time, but we worked it out with no trouble. I will certainly have them back in the Spring.
