Although the convenience was a great benefit, there were three primary problems (see next paragraph) that outweighed the convenience. Consequently, we have moved on to another dry cleaner. Three problems...First, the weekly pickup and delivery service was not consistent. Once they dropped off our clean clothes, but failed to pick up the dirty bag of clothes sitting in the same spot. On one occasion they failed to deliver our clothes on schedule--they had our clothes for 11 days instead of the normal 4; I had to call to get our clothes back. Second, they charged me $11.50 instead of the normal $5.50 to dry clean a blazer; it required my making two phone calls to get reimbursed. Finally, our men's blazers were hung on plain wire hangers that had cardboard padding on the shoulders, but our women's blazers were hung on the same plain wire hangers without the padding. I inquired about this and was told that the hangers were different sizes. I compared the sizes, found they were the same, and called again. They reassured me that they would hang our women's blazers using the same padding as our men's blazers; however, they did not.
