Cintron Safe & Lock

They did a really wonderful job! They took my information on the phone on Friday and came prepared on Monday with my new keys. Tony and his apprentice Curt called before they came and arrived on time. They were polite and personable, they were kind to my nosy dog, and they worked quickly and competently. I would recommend them to others and definitely use them again.

Cintron folks were great to work with. I requested locks recommended by Consumer Reports and when the locks came in Cintron installed them. However bad on me. I looked at the CR photos which showed brass locks. When Trey came to install the new locks, he asked if it was okay that the color was different. I thought we would get new knobs along with the locks. Silly me, so I said no problem. When he showed me the locks, they were silver, not brass and the knob was the same one I had. So they were two different colors. Yesterday Trey replaced the new locks, after the new version came in. They look great and I was not charged extra for the work required to switch out the locks. Trey also did extra work to keep the keys the same. Incredible customer service!!!

I sent a message on Angies List to Cintron late one night asking about whether they could rekey my lock if I brought it in. First thing in the morning, I received a response confirming that they could and telling me the price. I went out to the shop and the young man did the job in just a few minutes while I waited.

I have been using them whenever I need locksmith services for the last 20 years and am happy with them.

I was given a time window of 1-5 pm. The technician called and arrived at 1:40 pm. He went over my options from replacing to repairing and the associated cost. I decided on repairing. The technician performed the repairs and had the locks working like new.

My girlfriend locked her keys in the car and was unable to get in the house(was about 25F that day, BRRRRR!). I called Cintron and they immediately dispatched a locksmith(Tony) to her location. His expertise allowed him to gain entry to the vehicle in less than two minutes! As a result of his actions, she was able to get her keys and get in the house where it was warm!

They are very good. It's been a while since we used them.

When the technician initially arrived he asked me to describe (in detail) the problems we were having with the locks and fixed them in a very timely manner. He listened carefully as we moved from one door to another and told me what needed to be done with each one. He gave me many details about each lock and some tips on future maintenance. The damaged deadbolt needed to be replaced, and we were prepared to replace the other deadbolts and doorknobs, but he repaired and serviced them determining they were in good condition and did not need to be replaced. That saved us quite a bit of money and we trusted his advice. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional in his approach to our security issues. We will use them again and recommend Cinton to others.

Cintron Safe and Lock were professional and had the kind of locks I was interested in which are high security locks. Their prices were lower than a couple of other places I checked with. They produced what I had hoped. They came out and did it in a timely way. I was very pleased with their service.

They took a long time to get here; but,when they did finally arrive, they were very quick and efficient. Was surprised that their main office closed early today and did not tell us or the technician.

The worker showed up on time and came prepared to work. He worked with care and did this work perfectly. The dead bolt works amazingly well. He even helped me remove another lock on the front door and a bedroom door. He cleaned up afterward as well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Thank you for the excellent service.

Managed to lock my key in my car this morning. I called right at 8:30am when they opened and Tray answered the phone. He came straight to my house. Price is reasonable compared to service calls by other companies. Very professional and friendly.

I called several companies before Cintron. Either they couldn't come today or were way too expensive. One place quoted me $210 just to come out. Cintron sent someone within 2 hours of my call. Was very friendly and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

The young man who came to perform the service was prompt, polite, neat and very professional. He got down to the job immediately, and kept at it to completion.

The job that they did was very good. I have used them in the past. They did exactly what I asked and it was taken care of. The workers were very good and the quality of their work was good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

We needed to get our locks rekeyed. Cintron did a good job with it, but it turned out that our doorknob mechanism was too old and after the first service call our key was spinning in the lock. When we called Cintron about the problem, they came out that day and replaced the doorknob parts, charging us only for the parts.

I called Cintron and they were able to have someone come out the same day and they re-keyed both locks to the same new key. The gentleman who performed the service was very nice and very professional and the locks both work perfectly now.

I decided to hire them because they were the first to call me back. Their service was fine. I was able to make an appointment that morning and they called may be 20 minutes before the guy got there to tell me that he was coming. I liked that and that was very helpful. I would use them again in the future.
