He Just fix the crown and did not do the mortar, I told him about it he said you don't need it. Then I showed him the picture from the bricks his response was you should of show me the picture first. I told Vytis that you were up there and should of took a look at it. He said I brought down my ladder and can not put it back, he eventually went up but did not fix all of the bricks. He gave me good price and I was deceive by that price.

Vytis did a great job. Very talkative and friendly. He also remounted a brick that had fallen off the outside of the chimney. His prices were reasonable.

Great - he was thorough and patient

Vytis is obviously an experienced provider of chimney services.  He got to work immediately, laying down a huge drop cloth on the hearth and surrounding carpet.  He explained what he was doing throughout.  He even told me the correct way to get a fire started in a fireplace.  He did a thorough job and made no mess.  I'll definitely use him the next ime.

He showed up on time, did the qork quickly and cleaned up afterwards.
He identified one potential problem with my chimney on the outside but nothing on the inside. (A previous sweep and quot;idenitfiedand quot; about $2,000 worth of and quot;problems.and quot;)

Chim Chimney came highly recommended by both my real estate agent and my home inspector for providing great service at a reasonable price. I called them on Wednesday and left a voicemail; they called back the same day and I was able to make an appointment for Thursday morning. They arrived on time.
The sweep (I didn't catch his name, but I got the impression that he is the owner of the company) was just as friendly as can be. I've never had a fireplace before, and he did a great job of explaining what he was doing and telling me how to keep the chimney clean and get good efficiency. He was enthusiastic and obviously knew his stuff. I will definitely use them again!

This inspection was the second time that my neighbor and I used this company for required chimney inspection/cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.
My neighbor scheduled the service for us both, and the servicemen didn't show up. When I called to find out if they were running behind, the man who answered the phone acted as though I was interrupting him and he was annoyed that I called to follow up about the appointment.
When the two workmen got to my home, they rushed through the job and charged way more than the work they did in the 15 minutes they were here.
After speaking with other companies who do vent cleaning, there were steps Chim Chimney skipped, and I have since had the service done again by a different company for safety's sake.

Amazing experience. We met him outside when he was sweeping a neighbor's chimney. We loved the reference to Bert from Mary Poppins in the title of his company and asked if he could sweep our chimney while he was around. He came over and swept our chimney, right afterwards. Very pleasant guy. Great work. Very efficient. I will always use and recommend him in the future.

I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAD DEAD BATS UNTIL THEY CAME OUT AND CLEANED MY CHIMNEY . MY WIFE CALLED CAUSE I WASN'T GOING TO BOTHER WITH THEM. THEY DID A GOOD JOB THOUGH.
