Our technician was terrific. He worked diligently without wasting any time. He was extremely knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely hire this company again.

They were excellent. I felt the price was reasonable. Where I liked them is that the guy that came out with Certified, he was definitely honest. He said you don't need the whole house thing, because he looked at our house with the box, did somewhat of an inspection. He said you don't really need it. So I appreciated that, but what I bought him for he said you don't really need. Then I asked him about a whole bunch of other stuff and so he worked on those for me. I thought it was a good price. The guy that I worked with was excellent because he said look, if you go out and buy somewhere the smoke detectors for a lot less than what I would charge you for. So he showed me the ones to purchase, I purchased them and he came back and installed them today. So he made a lot of suggestions. He was like, you can do this, but if you get the ceiling fan and if you get the remote this is the kind you want, and so he did a lot of that. He cleaned up after himself. He was one of the few people that always calls thirty minutes before he comes and he was always on time. Like if he said he was going to be there between 8 and 12, he was always there early. So responsiveness and time and calling in, and he injured himself on one of the times that he couldn't come out, so the place called me and we negotiated. They're very good about communication.

Scheduling of appointments is very easy, and I was recently given the opportunity to move up my appointment a few days when an earlier slot opened. This past week, Mr. Steven Moore assisted us with replacing our smoke detectors and switches. Mr. Moore was on-time, professional, courteous and worked quickly. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the repairs being made and showing me the damaged/worn hardware. He made several great recommendations and things to be mindful of moving forward. We will definitely call Certified Electrical Technologies in the future as we continue to make improvements to our home and highly recommend this company.
