They did two jobs for me in November.  They also worked for me in December.  The price is fair and good.  In total, I paid $2500 for the three jobs.

I bought windows from them and I am not happy with their work. The sales man who sold us the windows said that the windows are all custom made. My understanding of that would be that everything that we have being blinds would fit the new windows. But they don?t. After they installed the first three windows and all other windows being torn around the house that none of our blinds would fit back. I contacted the company about it. They said that they could do nothing about it. They did not even want to discuss about it, and did not want to do anything about it. I am a customer and when somebody tells me that it would be custom built to my house my understanding of it is that it will work. They really did not have the interest that they help me get new blinds or cover some of it may be, I don?t know, I was very irritated that they could be so indifferent about it. They basically said that they are not going to do anything. I can understand that when you get your windows replaced you may have to replace certain things. But they don?t say anything about it through the entire processes. They came out twice, measured twice never was it even once mentioned until they were half way done with installing the windows. So I was very irritated that they were pretty much non communicative. They did not feel the need to insure my satisfaction either. If they were little more understanding over the phone I would have been probably fine with it. They were very abrupt. They finished quickly and they were responsible with the issues when they were done with the some of the windows. Some of things that they installed were not quite right and they send people out in a reasonable amount of time. It really affects the issues but the blind thing we did not touch it for replacing all the blinds of the house. I will not use them in the future.

Very diligent, polite, punctual and friendly service with great care for details. When left to work on his own schedule and with minimum interference Mr. Baik delivered excellent work with unexpected creative details that enhanced the look of the house. Mr. Baik is Korean but speaks English and communication was never a problem.
