6 relatively small condo buildings needed powerwashed, some exterior trim replaced and painted. Even though these units were occupied by homeowners never saw a single dropcloth and have the stained concrete to prove it. Owner showed up one day yelling at a homeowner that mentioned some damage caused by his men. 1. powerwashing.. left soap residue all over the vinyl siding from not rinsing. When asked about it, something I have seen literally hundreds of times, manager denied the discoloration was caused by his powerwashing. I had my men water only rinse the facade and magically the issue was resolved. 2. Exterior trim.... I would have seriously preferred they just drop the materials and been on their way. Nail blowouts everywhere. patchworking multiple pieces of 3/4 board to span a 10 ft run. wood butchers. 3. Painting. Applied caulking with a spoon. and couldnt find a straight line anywhere. Concrete looked like a Jackson p****** painting. The complete lack of supervision during the job was bad enough. Guys rush to get done when there are no consequences, but when the manager/owner did show up they were abrasive and unprofessional. Ive seen bad,,but this was really bad.

I have had a wonderful experience with them. I have used them over and over for 25 years. They completed the work as promised. They bill me on time and material basis. They put three or four men on the job each day so they get a lot done quickly. They haven?t billed me yet but I expect it to be around $1000 per day. They installed a new door that I need. They sanded down a window that needed sanding. They did some hardware repairs as well as painting. They removed wall paper in the bathrooms and they painted two bathrooms, one large room with closets. They then touched up my house. George is the owner. It is a big house and I don?t paint the whole house in one go. They keep me in tip top shape on time and material. Their price is not cheap but it is worth every penny. They arrive at 8 o?clock in the morning and they leave at 4 o?clock. They even ask to stay for half an hour more so that they can finish as promised on the third day. I have also used this company for commercial work in my business and they can do large or small jobs with great attention to details.
