 + -1 moreI was very pleased because they did not use my existing equipment to size my new heating and cooling system. They asked about any heating or cooling problems I may have had with the old equipment, and offered understandable explanations and solutions. They even did an estimate of the annual operating costs or energy bills for the equipment they were proposing for my home.
Description of Work: I bought my new 3.5 ton Goodman 13 seer gas package unit from this company. They did a survey of my home and based the proposal on a heat-load calculation and cooling-load calculation for air conditioning. They gave me a written bid outlining the equipment to be installed, the work to be done and the price, including labor costs.
