I was very pleased because they did not use my existing equipment to size my new heating and cooling system. They asked about any heating or cooling problems I may have had with the old equipment, and offered understandable explanations and solutions. They even did an estimate of the annual operating costs or energy bills for the equipment they were proposing for my home.
