Dealing with a leaking roof and no ceilings in 3 main rooms all winter was trying but should be partly forgiven since he was truly sick part of the time. [We paid him for materials in Nov. 2005. He finished the roof in Apr. 2006]. The new shingles on the dormers look fine from our vantage point on the ground. The roof seems fine- no leaks seen. The flashing at the dormers is quite ample. But the gravel on the new 20 year shingles is completely worn off in places where they were using ladders, there are some ominous lumps in the shingles, and there is a nail sticking up @ 2 through the shingles.
