They do an excellent job as a notary service. I have no complaint about this service. They do not charge us for the notary, but that might be because I am a member of the bank. The tellers are also excellent. I do have a few problems with the bank, however. They used to have a clock with the date on it and I always liked that, but they removed it. That is too bad, because I always like to see it. I wonder why they did this. I have asked them, but they have never gotten back with me. They have also have their outside window closed except at certain limited times and they have no drive through.

We have been especially impressed with the regional vice president, Barbara Cupp. They went out of their way to welcome us like we were new neighbors. They gave us a large security deposit box free of charge for the first year. They gave us a great checking account with free checks. They are a local bank and have made wise decisions when larger institutions were not. They did not invest in any bad loans and always made sure to check themselves. There is a wide range of ethnicity in the office. I have never had a more pleasant banking experience.
