Description of Work: Shotsie was referred to me by my property manager and he came out and took care of my urgent main kitchen sink problem. Very friendly. Profession. Very pleasant. Gave me defined expectations and kept to the time line.

Description of Work: BMR, Inc. sent a plumber immediately after receiving our call, EVEN during last years hurricane The plumber was so kind to help us clean out the foot of water from our basement and loaned us a portable sump pump to use through the night. The plumber was very knowledgable and provided professional service. I recommend the company to everyone.
