It went very well. He was responsive. He came when he said he would. He came back to follow up after I had paid. He was very easy to deal with. I used him at my previous home as well.

What stood out was that he was able to schedule us promptly so he was able to come within a couple days from when we called. We had seen good reviews of him and decided to go with him. The price was reasonable. I will use him again in the future.

I am very happy with the service. Have used the Bug Man before and will use him again whenever I need bugs to be gone. I think he is quite reasonable. I have pets and he was cognizant of their safety and advised me how to keep them safe. Joel the owner is a very nice guy and well-known in the neighborhood.

I don't know how much it was because the building management for my condo paid for it. Altogether, however, I would recommend his services; he came quickly, on time, and got rid of my problem.

As promised, Joel called me the day before the inspection to make sure the day worked. I was not at home at the time of the inspection, but he had arranged with my Realtor to gain access. When the inspection was completed, he called me to let me know the status. Couldn't have been easier or smoother.

THEY CAME OUT AND INSPECTED FOR INFESTATION, THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND RESPECTABLE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PUNCTUAL, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT T THE JOB DONE BEFORE THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
