Brownlee Plumbinb

I wanted to replace an icemaker supply shutoff valve. The original stuck out of the wall, preventing my fridge from sliding all the way back against the wall. The Brownlee team did a nice job installing a new recessed valve, and associated plumbing changes. We have used Brownlee several times before, and Jotis, Lee and the team always go out of their way to ensure we are happy with the work. They show up on time and communicate well.

They were excellent. They gave us pictures and video of the leak. They were able to troubleshoot what the issue was, fixed and replaced the pipe. It was wonderful!

It was very good. They contacted me in the morning and they came by offer a price and I accepted it. Everything was done in just one day . It was efficient for me. They organized everything and I'm very happy with the service. Price was reasonable and good deal. I didn't hear anything from my tenants and they were able to complete it.

Even though I wrote that it wasn't an emergency. Jotis Brownlee called me that night and came over the next day. He and Jemel diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it super fast. Amazingly, he did not charge me! I have NEVER had a service call where I did not get charged the minimum. Never! They were also punctual and courteous and told me what I needed to do to fix the problem myself if it should occur again. I would definitely call then again!
