I am a first time home buyer and a military member that was looking for a property in the Virginia area. Brandy came highly recommended by several friends in the area and now I know why! My husband and I have bought and sold so many homes with

you to list below market. Or they advise
you to make an offer that is too low, causing you to lose out to a higher offer. Brandy has been critical to our success as
