They charge $16 which is one of the reasons I use them and it's one of the reasons why it's the busiest in the area. It's one of the reasons why you can walk in there on any day and you'll find people of literally every age, demographic in there, particularly military. They have a very diverse and reasonable price compared to many of the shops around here. Other than the fact that they are reasonably priced. They used to be $14. They just upped it after about 10 years to $16. It's a small individually owned operation. It's almost like what you would call your local barber shop. It is not large. It's not a chain. They're very friendly and always ask you what you're looking for, no matter that I haven't changed what I ask for.

The place is an old barber shop. Not he cleanest, but not really bad either. My biggest complaint is that I didn't get a very good haircut. It wasn't even with too much off some areas and not enough off other areas.

It is old fashioned and comfortable.

They have a very quick service. They're also very good with my autistic child and can handle him during the hair cut. Something which could be traumatizing for them.

The quality of the work was excellent. The only reason I gave them average marks was because the work was not done when they promised. I dropped the purse off on a Saturday and they said it would be ready the following Saturday. When I stopped in to pick it up, my purse was buried under a pile of shoes and hadn't been touched. I was told I could wait around for a while and they would try to get it done, but that it would definitely be done by Tuesday. If they had initially told me it would take 2 weeks, I would've been fine with that, but I really get annoyed when a job isn't finished when it's supposed to be and no one calls me to tell me otherwise.

Took a little extra time. He said it was a challenge. I have used Bradlee shoe repair numerous times and have always been more than pleased with the quality of the work.

The craftsmanship was very good. I returned 3 days later to have sole guards placed on several more pairs of shoes. They are very friendly and courteous! Great quality work.

My family has been using this shoe repair place for years, and they always do great work. From resoling shoes, to replacing heel tips, to stitching a strap back into place, the work is priced right and well done.

My son is autisitc but Pat was especially wonderful and helped him overcome his fear of having a hair cut. I tend to use him in the summer when my son needs a buzz cut. Not the most fashionable in styles, but worth the money.

Nice people, polite, responsive, good work on the shoes and they were ready when they said they would be.

Bradlee Shoe Repair is an old-fashioned shoe repair shop. The shoemaker takes great pride in his work and craftsmanship. As a result, items are often not ready when initially promised, but I don`t find this a good reason to downgrade them-because it's worth the extra wait for the quality and craftsmanship. I have had them repair, polish and put special heel build-ups on about 8 pairs of shoes, sneakers, etc. so far. The work is always exemplary.
