I have an older model Pfaff sewing machine that was giving me trouble. Bonny's is a Pfaff repair facility so I took it there. I had previously taken a Viking machine there so I figured they would do a good job. Frank (one of the owners) is very knowledgeable and took good care of me. I needed to take the machine back for another adjustment and he immediately took care of it while I waited. This place is great and I recommend them.

I have been a customer of Bonny's for the past fifteen years. The company sell all types of machines. The cost for service is reasonable and they stand behind their work. There are entire lines of sewing machines (Pfaff, Viking and Singer). When a machine is purchased at Bonny's it includes new owner lessons so that you can know how to operate and enjoy your purchase. In addition to this, they offer various sewing and quilting classes as well as wonderful fabrics. In the past I used other companies for sales and services but this place tops them all. Frank and Bonny are knowledgable, friendly and honest people. You can't go wrong here!

I would not recommend dealing with the business.I bought a Pfaff sewing machine and their Fab U Motion Stitch regulator. Here are the issues I have: They put me in an introductory class that was far below the level of my machine, the instructor had to spend the first 4 hours of the 4 1/2 class with people that had the most basic sewing machine and actually need turning off and on instructions. It was 4 hours before we could get to my machine features and there was only 1/2 hour left. Coincidentally there was a class before mine which would have been perfect and they never suggested/offered it. When we were able to reschedule they did it on a day when only one sales person was in the store, they were packing to move and everytime the instructor started to work with me a customer came in and she had to help them, we both agreed this wasn't going to work and ended the class hoping to reschedule after the shop moved to the new location which was about a 45 minute to 1 hour drive for me. I took a class at another quilt studio for free motioning quilting and the darning foot and machine did not work properly together, I had to leave the class and drive to their store for an adjustment (they didn't check out the machine before they sold it). When I initially started to straight stitch I had all kinds of problems with stitches skipping, Bonnie the owner told me that I had to use Inspira needles with a Pfaff and upon checking with other Pfaff dealers and users of Praff I have found this not to be true. The Fab U Motion cost me $800 and Frank, the co-owner told me it was a stitch regulator for free motion quilting. It took me six months to open the box because of working and caring for an 87 year old parent and plus I was looking for a home to purchase. When I opened the box the instructional DVD that was listed as an item with the purchase it was not in the box. In June 2011 I called Frank and told him that because of the limited work space on the Fab U Motion it seemed to me that it was more of an embroidery tool, asked him where the DVD was. He was not willing to find a dvd for me, said I bought the last fab u motione, he didn't carry the item anymore and said quilters could use the equipment but had to pick up the ring and keep moving the fabric. I went over everything that I had experienced with the machine and basically he had an attitude of not caring which was evidenced by his silence and unwillingness to help or give me any kind of compensation if I returned an item I had used 1 time.
