He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was very reasonable--definitely competitive compared to others I called. Bash was courteous and respectful, and he took the time to explain what needed to be done without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. I highly recommend BK DMV Service and wouldn't hesitate to call Bash again for any future appliance repairs. A true professional!

Cannot recommend BK highly enough. He was transparent with his prices and worked hard to get me an accurate estimate for free, was quick to communicate, and has 24 hours service. He was able to fix my issue quicky on the first visit and did not charge anything outside of his initial consultation fee, which was very generous. I don't hope my appliances break, but I do hope I get to work with more professionals like BK in the future. This is all despite the fact that I own an appliance from an Italian brand which is very uncommon and was nervous I wouldn't find someone knowledgable enough to work on it, but luckily BK was up to the task!

It was 11 pm when I found several companies who may be able to take care of the problem. He texted me at 11:30 pm, and even offered that I can call. The technician was concerned and he thought it was an emergency. I explained the problem, he knew exactly what to do and he took care of the problem the next day. Honest and trustworthy company.
