 + -1 moreOne complaint I have is the staff at the tire shop seems understaffed. Otherwise, they do a great job.
Description of Work: I bought tires from BJ's and enjoy the price and free rotations and repairs.

 + -1 moreI just did not like the attitude. They would not give me a written estimate. They just wrote down the bid on one of their business cards. They started around $16,000 for a bid. They had to call their boss and by then I told them I was not interested and it was almost like I have to push them out the door. Then they started to call me back. They left two messages and then a lady called me and I let them know what I thought of their company. BJ's called and left a message because I called them to complain. I would never get an estimate from BJ's for any home improvement. I was very unhappy with them and the company was very rude as well. I do still shop there but I would not do anything else there.
Description of Work: I believe they contract out to do the service. They sent two guys out. Unsure of the contractors name.

 + -1 moreThe work was done very quickly and efficiently, in less than 1/2 hour. The tires were less expensive than anywhere else I checked, and their installation price for balancing, stems, installation, future rotation was $9.95 per tire which was less than 1/2 the price and in some cases 1/3 the price of other companies checked.
Description of Work: They installed 3 tires that I purchased.
